• department tumblr: developed an internal-digital-multi-functional department communication binder (through tumblr) for general, standards, visual, and number related content. this mode of department communication has become standard across all store departments.

• service selling culture: trained department team leaders on constructing and executing (through mPOS demand reports, penetration reports, and procedure flow) weekly department and mPOS sales goals. developed overall department sales culture through the implementation of strategic weekend sales goals (while utilizing daily penetration tracking programs).

• corporate investor visits: 3 months into position, was selected as a member of the investor visit team (comprised of senior regional manager, district manager, and store manager) meant to articulate strategy behind company Omni services to potential corporate investors and stock holders.
