DAILY BUSINESS OVERVIEW |
• establishing cross-departmental daily sales, credit-rewards enrollment/acquisition, environmental, & omni service goals. executing & presenting daily metrics agenda and reporting mid-day progress to senior executive and managerial peers
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT |
• coaching connections: effectively & consistently initiating quality one-on-one coaching connections and conversations with over 40 associates toward individual and group developmental goals twice a month.
• talent sourcing: proactively scouting, interviewing, & retaining a strong bench sourced through social & physical networks.
• recruitment: developing sister/sub brand partnerships outside departmental and organizational limitations in order to expand recruitment agenda, scope, and impact. consistently acquiring external talent through canvasing strategies to fill specialized selling in sales/impact lead positions. partnering with Human Resources in order to directly impact and negotiate short term & long term job/census ownership within shop.
• performance management: successfully documenting associate performance opportunities connected to impactful & dynamic quality coaching connections in order to inspire change and high team performance. authorizing and initiating probationary 'reminder based performance' reviews toward decision making leave of absence while maintaining overall associate engagement & accountability.

• organizing and executing special events for collection partners, vendors and district leadership. strategizing around grassroots client expansion & retention while driving intentional foot traffic around crucial buying and central planning decisions. responsible for the associate training, collateral & marketing production, merchandising & display, visual editing, and business results reporting to senior store & district teams.
• manager in charge of charitable events (shop for a cause) planning & execution while collaborating with senior administrative and specialized selling leadership teams. effectively communicating the aim, scope, mission, and cause of charitable organizations like March of Dimes in order to secure third party co-sponsorships. successfully retaining business partnerships with Starbucks, Baked by Mellissa, Jamba Juice, Havana Central, and David's Tea.
